2026 Calendar

Here are details of our 2026 Hebridean Island and Wildlife Cruises aboard  MV Hjalmar Bjørge.  We have a mix of Scottish adventure cruises which features bird and whale-watching, island discovery, flora and fauna, photo opportunities, daily walks and excellent food. Cruising in Scotland is one of the best UK adventure holidays you can have!

We will be travelling in 2026 to Orkney and Fair isle with 2 one way passages from Ullapool.  For operational reasons we will operate some cruises in and out of Ullapool before and after our Orkney cruises.  Departing Ullapool allows us to access North Rona, Sula Sgeir and Flannans in fewer days and also allowing us more time in the North Minch for our Whales and Wildlife cruise.  Included in cruise price is a complimentary transfer to and from Inverness to Ullapool.  Transport links to Inverness are excellent and once you arrive Inverness, you can relax and we will take care of getting you to your home aboard Hjalmar Bjorge.

There are single occupancy cabins available for a 35% supplement and returning guests receive a 5% discount. Guests returning for their 4th or more trip with us will receive a special 10% discount.  Unfortunately we cannot offer 10% on our 2 Orkney cruises

“We had a wonderful cruise aboard Hjalmar Bjørge. Our Skipper found lots of beautiful places with a calm anchorage. We saw lots of eagles, an otter or two, and some common dolphins, amongst other wildlife. We had an excellent wildlife guide who was able to point out so many things we might otherwise have missed. The food was absolutely outstanding from a really talented chef.
I recommend these cruises because there are only a few passengers, and we are able to visit islands and other anchorages which larger boats cannot reach. All in all excellent value.”
